How It Works

SCHEDULE
an APPOINTMENT

To ensure definite slot of appointment, feel free to contact us daily
for a booking. Your booking should usually be 3 days prior to your desired appointment date. We will ask you a few questions to help plan the perfect meeting and we would be happy to answer all of your questions too. Prior to your appointment day, we will follow up with you for your confirmation.

CONSULTATION and
MEASUREMENT TAKING

On the day of your appointment, our consultants will meet you to go over all the details. These include:

  • A full presentation on what construct Kings Tailor & Co products
  • Discussion regarding your preference and personal requests
  • Options for all possible customization
  • Other terms (i.e. payment, time, etc)

Here, we will also take your full measurement to build a full client profile.

FITTING

Once a deal has been agreed and we have gained the full client profile that we need, we will start tailoring the perfect product for you. This will be followed with a series of fittings, usually up to 4 fittings. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to complete the whole process. Nearing completion, we will contact you to set an appointment for you to receive your final product.

STYLING
and ALTERATION

If in the future, any styling or alteration is required, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once an appointment is scheduled, we will re-measure and re-discuss all your requests for alteration or any styling as needed.
